Your identity is a set of subconscious beliefs that control and regulate every aspect of your life. From your career to finances, spirituality, health and fitness, weight loss, social life, relationships and ethical values.

I know first hand how frustrating progressing my life by achieving incredible goals, only to unintentionally sabotage sabotage all of my hard work only to revert back to where I started feels

Hundreds of my clients have benefitted from having the luxury of having a certified Identity Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritional Consultant and Core-22 Coach all in one service.

Having been in the field of all genres of mental and physical fitness for over twelve years I have found that that this unique combination of certifications, knowledge and experience is what has separated me from the rest of the competition.

Changing your Identity is what truly creates everlasting change in any area of your life.

I know how frustrating it is to make progress with your financial or weight loss goals only to unintentionally revert back to your starting point. Self sabotage is a common culprit for this.

This is your IDENTITY or subconscious beliefs that brings you back to that familiar territory of what you are used to.

If you step too far out of that familiar area of any part of your life it will feel uncomfortable and your identity or subconscious belief structures will pull you back to the starting zone which feels “normal”.

You will continue to repeat this process your entire life even though you consciously want to progress with your goals but you somehow always find a way to return to the comfort zone.

It is like a thermostat on your wall at home.

If it is set to 72 degrees, when the temperature in the room rises a couple degrees or drops a couple degrees it will turn on the heating elements or air conditioner to bring you back to 72 degrees.

That is exactly how your identity works.

If you subconsciously believe that you are a 72 degree’er then you will always end up at 72 degrees.

It will always pull you back to what you are used to as far as your weight or finances or any part of your life until you learn how to properly adjust your thermostat or identity.

The most successful financial advisor, weight loss specialist or relationship coach in the world could give you the best formula for making money or losing weight but if your identity stays the same as the old you then you will make progress then regress back to the beginning over and over and over again. This is incredibly frustrating and even embarassing.

These are just a couple examples pertaining to money and weight loss but the same concepts apply to correcting all addictions and quality of relationships both with ourselves first and then relationships with others.
