I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they consciously want to change — especially around weight, health, and long-term behavior.
Much of my work is rooted in understanding identity and subconscious patterns. Not in a theoretical sense, but in how those patterns quietly shape decisions, habits, and results over time.
Many people can make progress for a period of time, only to find themselves pulled back to familiar territory. This isn’t a lack of willpower — it’s often a sign that deeper patterns haven’t been addressed yet.
My background spans psychology-informed life coaching, personal training, and nutritional consulting. This integrated approach allows me to look beyond surface-level strategies and focus on what actually supports lasting change.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time and take a thoughtful, individualized approach. The goal isn’t constant pushing — it’s creating change that feels stable, sustainable, and aligned with real life.
